Workplace Fabric - Executive - Inside Sales - Freespace (2-5 yrs)
Title: Inside Sales Executive
Reporting to: Sales Manager/Director or VP Operations
Location: Mumbai
Role: A critical sales support role reporting into management.
Role Objectives:
Work closely with sales to support:
1. Lead generation and qualification
2. Pipeline building and brand awareness
3. Quote, specification, and RFP generation
4. Sales admin and CRM hygiene
5. Market research - uncovering buyers & triggers
6. Partner support & training
7. Event support
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree qualified
- At least two years working in a client facing B2B role
- Experience in Technology or Real Estate sectors
- Confident with Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with LinkedIn
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Discretion with confidential client information
- Experience with CRM tools, reporting and analysis
(Ideally Hubspot CRM)
