WorkApps Chat - Account Manager - BFSI Vertical (3-7 yrs)
1. Location - Mumbai
a. Once in a month travel to Technology Office in Pune
b. Occasional travel to Delhi and Bangalore for customer meetings
c. Intra city travel across Mumbai for meetings
2. Reporting to - Business Head (Kaizad Shroff)
3. Working closely with Product Manager and CEO
Primary Role - Farmer :
1. First line of contact for contracted and signed up customers
2. Manage and support signed up customers for following
a. Product presentations to various business heads and department
b. Macro level product training to key users
c. Updating them on new features and release
d. Understanding new requirements, pain points and problem statements
e. R&D and scoping new ideas and use cases
f. Work with internal tech team in solving issues and bugs
3. Passing industry knowledge, new requirements and problem statements to Internal Product Team
4. Key deliverables :
a. Customer satisfaction
b. Relationship with key stakeholders at customer end
c. Monthly active users and usage
d. Timely collections
e. Product explanation
5. Customer profile - Large Private Sector Banks, Insurance Companies, NBFCs and Mutual Funds
Secondary Role - Hunter :
1. Pitch and acquire new customers in BFSI sector - NBFCs and Lending companies
2. Backed by a Lead Generation Team
3. Manage cycle from First pitch to closure
4. Physical and online presentations on product
Job requires :
1. Very good relationship building and management skills
2. Very good presentation skills to large audience
3. Public speaking skills
4. Concept selling skills
5. Good spoken and written English, good spoken Hindi. Good spoken Marathi will be added advantage
6. High amount of patience
7. Confidence in representing and pitching the product CXOs and Business Heads of large BFSI companies
8. Liking towards :
a. Using and understanding consumer focused technology products and apps
b. Training and explaining how to use a product to non tech savvy users
c. Wanting to understand problems with customers and solving them using technology
Day to day job will require :
1. Deep understanding of WorkApps products, its use cases and each and every feature
2. Tracking daily usage of all accounts
3. Meetings and presentations with various departments, business heads and key stakeholders to make various use cases live
4. Meetings and calls to explain new releases and understand more use cases
5. Internal reporting to Business Head and CEO on Account status and performance
Professional requirement :
1. Minimum 3 years + experience in Sales or Account Management with Enterprise Customers
2. Previously worked in Mumbai, and currently located in Mumbai
3. Previously sold technology products or tech enabled products
4. Categories - HRMS, CRM, Security, Marketing automation, Recruitment automation
5. Preference will be given to
a. Roles where the candidate has sold to large enterprises in BFSI sector
b. Worked in startups
c. Education in any stream of computers
d. Sold to CXOs directly
