Workamp - Content Strategist (2-5 yrs)
WorkAmp is looking for creative and insightful content and social strategist. S/he will drive our thought leadership and content strategy end to end. The role will require you to imagine new ways to authentically translate WorkAmp's product and service offerings along with the experiences we deliver to our future customers and to the audience, at large.
- S/he will build a robust content program and strategy that encompasses content on a variety of media.
- This will include but not be limited to content for SEO, Blog, Website, Offline and online collaterals, email marketing initiatives, case studies, PR release etc.
- S/he will work to elevate our digital presence by working closely with internal and external thought leaders, customers, and partners to develop original and compelling thought leadership content across multiple channels.
- S/he will conceptualize content for overall business objectives and execute them through different communication vessels.
What You'll Do :
- Work closely with founders and vertical heads to understand WorkAmp's vision and business objectives at large
- Develop a strategic content framework for a variety of media as part of our marketing and branding efforts
- Write original thought leadership and content on multiple platforms and formats, including product, infographics, blogs, and more
- Research, outline, and write the content, adhering to both quality requirements and strict deadlines
- Collaborate with various internal teams including marketing, product, customer success and incorporate insights from the same into the overall content strategy
- Collaborate with 3rd parties including partners, PR firms and thought leaders on joint content programs
- Develop content style guidelines for brand consistency
- Maintain a content calendar and establish tools and processes for storing and - managing content assets
- Measure and analyze what's working and what isn't with regard to the brand's content marketing effort
- Extract insights from data to prepare actionable content strategies
- Develop strategic content solutions for WorkAmp to improve our customer perception and consumer engagement
- Define content types being used, and make recommendations for future content types
- Perform competitive content reviews to benchmark content breadth, organization, and presentation
- Identify opportunities for repurposing, restructuring or revising existing content, and identify resources for additional content needed
- Execute other miscellaneous content-related projects as assigned.

You have an editorial mindset and ability to anticipate content that will have high engagement. You are articulate, and clear in your thought. You are a passionate self-starter and work well in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You believe in the vision of WorkAmp while striving for continuous and ongoing engagement and communication of the brand through compelling content. You also have the following:
- 2-5 years of experience in content writing and strategy at an agency or start up.
- Excellent writing skills with a strong visual eye
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Curiosity to be abreast with the latest trends in social media and digital content
- An affinity for data and analytics to extract key insights from content performance metrics
- Understanding and appreciation for the chaos/randomisation as the only constant at a startup.
