Wordsys Information Technology - Manager - Business Development (4-7 yrs)
- Wordsys is hiring passionate Business Development Manager who can work with our Marketing and Sales teams to identify the right potential customers who are in need of our solutions. The candidate will engage with leads, understand their requirements and develop sales opportunities for the Organization.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities :
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
- In depth understanding of products and solutions in IT Industry that are being offered by Wordsys.
- Analyzing and understanding customer segment and target markets for the solutions
- Religiously persisting in efforts to converts leads/prospects into customers over a longer sales cycle
- Converting maximum leads/prospects into customers
- Ensuring process orientation, timely reporting and compliance to company policies at all times
Expected Skills & Competencies :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree 4-7 years in IT sales industry
- MBA with majors in sales/marketing/operations is a must.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred
