Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our self-serve sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and engagement for our self-serve product offerings. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and optimize the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation : Develop engaging content for various channels, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and landing pages to educate customers and promote products.
Lead Generation : Design and execute lead generation campaigns to attract potential clients and convert them into sales.
SEO and Analytics : Optimize website content for search engines and analyze website traffic and user behavior to inform marketing strategies.
Campaign Management : Manage and monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, customer success teams, and UX designers to ensure alignment on messaging and customer needs.
Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing initiatives.
Customer Engagement : Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention, including email marketing and targeted promotions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a self-serve sales or SaaS environment.
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms).
- Experience with content creation and management.
- Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
