Position Overview :


The Key Account Manager is responsible for generating leads, converting them to be paying customers and achieve sales targets and drive business growth. The KAM acts as a strategic partner, understanding the client's needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions that drive mutual growth.

Responsibilities:

- Client outreach: Identify and target prospective clients in global regions through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.

- Product Demonstrations : Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Live2.ai. Address questions and objections to facilitate informed decision-making.

- Negotiation and Closure : Negotiate with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Skillfully negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service-level agreements to ensure successful deal closures.

- Sales Growth : Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to key accounts, pipeline development, and measure performance metrics

- Account Monitoring : Regularly review account performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients to optimize their use of the company's products/services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

- Needs Assessment : Regularly engage with key account clients to understand their current and evolving needs, challenges, and goals. Conduct thorough assessments and reviews to identify gaps where additional products or services could provide value.
