Wooqer - Executive - Customer Service (0-2 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Manage substantial amount of incoming calls
- Identify and address customer needs/ requests ensuring delight
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate and timely resolution of queries by using the right Wooqer methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments/ SPOCs for further investigation
Requirements :
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Effective communication skills and tech savvy
- Familiarity with MS Office.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of characters
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively and handle the pressure
Education :
- Preferably Commerce graduate. However, any graduate can apply.
Experience :
- Fresher / up to 2 years work experience.
