Customer Success Partner/ Account Manager

Job Description :

Wooqer is seeking a Account Manager for the Retail, Banking & Financial Services Sector.

Job Summary :

The person hired for the position of Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing Wooqer Business in Retail / Banking / Financial Services sector. The main responsibility will be to work closely with internal Customer Success functions and drive profitability within the portfolio. This person will create & manage account plans for the business's growth, lead Customer Advocacy team and develop key relationships to grow Wooqer mindshare. This person must coordinate efforts at the speed of the customer and be able to influence internal stake holders to meet customer timelines.

Your Primary Responsibilities :

- Responsible for overall account relationship

- Build long term end-user sales strategies while meeting short term sales and revenue objectives.

- Maximize sales performance & profitability. Ensures continued customer retention.

- Identify new business opportunities within portfolio.

- Maintains significant product/system/services knowledge across the complete portfolio to demonstrate competency to customers.

- Devise marketing plan for enterprise accounts

- Strong program management skills

- Willingness to be on-call for global customer needs.

- Operationally hands on

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university. Masters preferred.

- 2 to 5 years of successful record of growing Enterprise accounts with P/L responsibility, preferably B2B technology space.

- Ability to show past results working in a dynamic small/start-up organization.

- Highly skilled relationship building capability at a large customer & CXO level.

- Ability to work with a wide range of functions including; marketing, product, tech service, sales, and application engineering to win projects and drive revenue.

Location: Bengaluru & Mumbai
