Job Description: Wooqer is seeking Customer Success Manager
Job Summary:
Customer Success Manager represents Wooqer with existing clients. You will be managing our top strategic clients - driving adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy across your portfolio.
Your Primary Responsibilities :
- Deliver and communicate ROI to customer.
- Be the trusted partner to use-case and product functionality.
- Maximize account growth. Ensures continued customer retention.
- Responsible for healthy relationships with Key Stakeholders in your portfolio.
- Identify new business opportunities within portfolio.
- Coach customers to be product experts and train their teams on best practices so they become increasingly self-sufficient.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or higher. Masters preferred.
- 3+ years of successful record of growing enterprise accounts preferably B2B SAAS platform.
- Ability to show past results working in a dynamic small organization/start-up.
- Highly skilled relationship building capability at a large customer & CXO level.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Services).
Location: Delhi Travel: May include up to 20% domestic travel. Local travels on need basis.
