Wooplr - Social Media Specialist (3-5 yrs)
We are looking for a Social Media Ninja whose responsibilities would entail the following:
- Content Strategy and Development
- Take up complete responsibility of one channel as a part of the social media management team
- Devise and execute social media specific campaigns
- The candidate should be familiar with social media trends and tools. Should have a genuine passion for creating and cultivating social media channels to amplify the brand message.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Experienced in managing social media channels and comfortable with reporting/analytical tools.
- Proficient in sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques. Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.
- Is a Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary. (ie: content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management).
- Makes evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.
- Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research
- Content writing experience will be a plus
