Wooplr - Sales Partner (2-3 yrs)
The Seller Growth Executive role is responsible for building an extremely solid seller network (people who sign up to run their business with Wooplr), by engaging in direct interactions through calls, Whatsapp, online & offline events growth.
- To be successful in this role, the individual should possess strong conversation skills in at least 2 Indian languages and also have high ownership towards the network of sellers they work with. Communications skills over phone & Whatsapp are critical to be successful for the role.
- This is a targets oriented role and will require you to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets, achievement of which will be eligible for incentives. Successful candidates at Wooplr can grow to manage teams & earn higher incentives.
The role entails the following responsibilities:
- Training potential sellers to grow orders from their store
- Regulars calls and Whatsapp interactions to keep sellers engaged
- Help resolve support related issues with the help of seller support team
- Achieve assigned targets to convert & grow seller network
