Wooplr - Community Manager (3-5 yrs)

community. You will report to the Head of Marketing & Growth
Expectations of this role:
This role is the face of the community, drives engagement & grows the community. For example, our Facebook Group - Wooplr CEO, has 80K+ Users and growing every day.
Wooplr is an entirely new way for users to earn from social selling and we are looking for someone who is passionate about building communities, social media savvy, and loves engaging users continuously. The right candidate will also own and deliver the community communication calendar and come with ideas to engage the audience daily.
Skills & Traits Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in building communities or in PR/Marketing role in a community driven organization
-Should love working with people (because you'll be working with a lot of them!).
- You're patient, empathetic and can appreciate multiple points of view. Comfortable with calls, emails, messages.
- Enjoy communicating and have a strong command of English & Hindi. Is an exceptional communicator who can communicate to & engage with large audiences or with single individuals with ease.
- Social media savvy (note: YouTube & Facebook will play a big part of mobilizing thecommunity) and experience with creating engaging content.
- 50% travel may be required to engage with the community.
- Prior experience in marketing, collateral development, and branding a plus.
- Any Bachelor's degree with the above skills
