Job Overview :
The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. The role requires a deep understanding of the interior design industry and strong client relationship management skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid sales background with a proven ability to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior design industry.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, and architects.
4. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
6. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
7. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
8. Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
9. Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.
10. Generate regular reports on sales performance, including market insights and forecasts.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the interior design industry.
3. Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong knowledge of industry trends, products, and client demands.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
7. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
8. Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
