Woodkraft - Manager - Lead Generation & Support (8-12 yrs)
This role includes but not limited to :
- Responsible to onboard B2C clients including contractors, architects and B2B clients (real estate developers, construction companies and fit out and interior design companies)
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Design overall strategy to develop new business via the established channels and mass communication to introduce the company's solutions within the target market
- Design and implement the overall organisation structure for lead generation and associated teams
- Identify and onboard key third party lead generation partners for partnerships. Negotiate with lead generation partners in terms of Cost, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and process
- Responsible for overall lead generation management including relationship management and SLA and contract management
- Lead strategic initiatives to deliver on business KPIs
