Wonderla - Social Media Marketing Role (3-8 yrs)
Job Summary:
The Social Media and Influencer marketing Executive will be responsible for
developing and executing an Influencer and social strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn.
They will coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and daily activities, including coordinating with external agencies for influencer, videography, and photography needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a social media & Influencer strategy for Wonderla across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor and track metrics (e.g. likes, shares, followers, website traffic) to measure the success of social media & Influencer campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with other teams such as external vendors, marketing and PR to coordinate campaigns and ensure consistency of messaging across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools and make recommendations for new technologies and platforms to incorporate into the company's strategy.
- Perform a weekly review on KPIs and competition analysis
- Work with external agencies and vendors as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Desired Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in social media & Influencer management with experience working on fun brands.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid). 2nd & 4th Saturdays off
