Wonderchef - General Manager - Marketing (5-10 yrs)
- The incumbent would lead the marketing department of the Company that comprises of a team of about 12 team members
- As the marketing head, the GM would be responsible for the marketing strategy of the organisation which relies heavily on Product Management, Brand Management, New Product Insights, Competition Mapping, Sales Data Analysis and Category Specific Tactics
- The GM would be responsible for executing the strategy by managing all operational tasks with the Team including creatives for marketing and BTL activities, design of gift boxes for products, execution of BTL events and activities, training to ground staff for effective delivery of marketing communication
- Wonderchef operates with multiple sales channels including Modern Retail, Department Stores, MBO's, General Trade, Direct Marketing and Exclusive Brand Outlets. The GM would conceptualize the marketing support needed for each channel and execute the same
- E Commerce and Digital Marketing is a key aspect of business. The GM would be responsible for this activity with a dedicated team managing digital efforts
- Collation of customer data and leveraging the data for various programs is a key activity at Wonderchef
- The GM would manage the marketing budget of the company and work towards achievement of organizational targets with the defined budgets
- Would be In-charge of identifying and electing, best suited vendors and managing vendor relationships
- Develop and maintains detailed plans for key campaign and programs, reporting dashboards, documentation, and tracking.
- Regularly conduct relevant Market Research to monitor trends and consumer perception. Market visits with various channels for personal learning and exposure is a critical process
- Manage various BTL efforts - Promotions & Events
- Management and leveraging of Social Media, PR and on-line reputation management of the Brand
- Manage PR with the agency and create regular buzz around the brand
Skill Set Essentials :
- The incumbent must have experience with Brand and Product Management, BTL activity, Data Analysis and exposure to Digital Marketing and E Commerce activities.
