As a Waste Management Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our waste management services. Your primary responsibility is to identify, target, and acquire new clients while maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers. This position requires a strong understanding of waste management solutions, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition : Identify and target potential clients in various industries and regions to expand the customer base.

Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of our waste management services, including recycling, disposal, and sustainability solutions, and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Proposal Preparation : Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential clients.

Negotiation : Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties.

Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and regulations related to waste management and recycling.

Lead Generation : Continuously seek out and follow up on leads, and participate in networking and industry events to generate business opportunities.

Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven experience in sales, particularly in waste management or related industries (preferred).

- Strong knowledge of waste management services, environmental regulations, and sustainability practices.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
