Roles & Responsibilities:
- Engage the customers to resolving queries related to their issue
- Working knowledge of computers, MS Office tools, telephony, emails and internet
- Identify the customers- issues and accordingly provide a satisfactory resolution
Required Education / Skills :
- Graduate in any stream
- Should be flexible to rotational shifts
- Experience in customer service and Promotions/Marketing industry background preferred
- Fluent proficiency & comprehension in English is required on both voice & written skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Efficient in internet, computer usage and web-based application skills
- Strong ability to multi-task while effectively communicating with the customers
- Strong time management skills
- Responds effectively under stressful situations
- With guidance, learns quickly on the job
- Takes responsibility for his/her actions and is receptive to constructive criticism
- Professional customer service skills : solutions mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and the customer experience
Shift time - 2 Shifts rotational (7pm to 4am and 10pm to 7am)
Working days - 5 days (Monday to Friday)
