Corporate Communication - Female

Job Summary:

- We are looking for a qualified Female Team Lead Professional who have excellent experience of working with Senior/Directors Managers in terms of Communicating with Senior Managers in respect with Content Management, Strategic Thinking, Planning and handling our social media handles.

- Responsible for coordinating the communications output within a company. Creates and delivers emails, can handle company quarterly townhalls, Onshore WM Senior Delegates India entire Digital media platform, direct mail, brochures, newsletters, and other publications.

Purpose of the role:

- Responsible for implementation and delivery of all company wide internal communication programs and activities for all employees based in India

- Candidate must have experience in supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.

- Should possess Excellent communication skills.

- Candidate should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.

- Provide coordination for all India based internal events, communications, messaging, programmers and employee related activities

- Leverage the communication channels to raise awareness and educate staff in India about the future direction of the business and our new vision and strategy globally.

- Create company marketing and promotional materials.

- Any experience working in American chambers will be an add on.

- Timings can stretch depending upon the requirements in case of onshore WM delegates.

- Should have strong skill set in copyedit, proofread and revise communications.

- Design and solely manage entire email and other marketing campaigns.

- Can manage the townhalls and other internal office campaigns

- Develop fresh story ideas and can do extensive media outreach.

- Experience of communicating with and working effectively with colleagues globally on initiatives and projects.

- Experience in a global and matrix organization preferred

Note: Please only hire those who are open for travel and can stay late in organization our timings are 11:30 AM - 8:30 PM which can further increase if US onshore WM have any scheduled meeting with Director - WM India. Company will bear entire transportation expenses as we provide free company cabs which is a excluding part of your CTC.
