Job Title: Academic Counselor (AC)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conducting a demo session with the parents and kids to explain the programs.
- Interacting with different departments to close the sales.
- Guiding the students to a brighter career path (over a video call)
- Build a repo with the customer.
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore (Work From Office)
Employment type: Permanent
Incentives structure: Weekly (Paid Every Friday)
Salary : 6.4 LPA = 4 LPA (Fixed) + 2.4 (variable) for 0-2 years of experience.
7.4 LPA = 5 LPA (Fixed) + 2.4 (variable) for 2+ years of experience.
