WizKlub - Head - Sales (1-3 yrs)
- Essentially the Business Head in the region is responsible for Hiring, Training, student and center activation, Quality, payment collections and expansion.
- Building the business development team in the region by hiring interns/employees in coordination with HR team.
- Manage and coordinate all marketing and promotional activities in the region.
- Manage and coordinate all marketing events in the region.
- Support and guide the partner on-boarding process and compliances.
- Induction of Partners as per process.
- Responsible for development and management of Partner centers.
- The person shall lead the P&L activities in the region.
- To lead counselling / sales discussion with the parents and students.
- Efficient and Proactive stakeholder management
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Multitasking and ability to prioritize the multi tasks.
- Must be pro-active, self-starter with a business and client oriented approach.
- Reports to Senior Management on the business strategies and development
- Should be ready to travel to HO (Bangalore) or other places, whenever required.
- Should be from Tier 1 Engineering and /or Management colleges/institutions.
