Wizcraft - Assistant Manager/ Manager - Business Development & Client Servicing (5-10 yrs)
What are we looking for?
Highly proficient Business Development/Client Servicing professionals. The candidate should have substantive expertise and experience in developing and managing client relationships; acumen and understanding of brand activations, experiential marketing and events. A strong Sales/Business Development and P&L exposure with excellent networking, communication and presentation skills is essential.
The individual must be a high achiever, enterprising, a self-starter and result oriented Sales and Business Development professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Business planning and strategy
- Business planning, forecasting and development of go-to-market strategy/plan
- Market intelligence - understanding trends and competition review to enhance business opportunity through new clients
- Evaluating new opportunities to ensure focus on the best opportunities
New Business development
- New client acquisition - develop and leverage external/potential relationships to create new business opportunities
- Existing client development- developing and managing relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders in order to increase share of pie
- Conduct regular research on existing and prospective clients for an in-depth analysis of their businesses and associated needs.
- Deliver topline and bottom line business targets through the above
- Ensure self and team performance
Process management
- Continuously educate, supervise, develop and guide the team in terms of preparation of creative presentations and credentials (Element Sheet, Detailing Element Costs and Concept Note) for client pitches to ensure client business acquisition and ensure that clients are aware of the various offerings and solutions provided by Wizcraft.
- Process adherence to Wizcraft SOPs and reporting procedures
Special Skills:
- Excellent presentation skills
- Team player and management skills with the ability to play different roles within the team
- Able to present work and lead client conversations
- Resilience to manage a large portfolio and P&L
Preference will be given to someone with relevant experience into Events, Activations etc.
