We are looking for a self-motivated and talented communications manager for both internal and external communications within Witzeal (Big Cash+Rummy Khel).

Job Responsibilities :

- Leads Social Media Strategy & designing end-to-end social media campaigns and strategizing brand building activities.

- Creating high-quality content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media that engages our customers and builds brand recognition.

- Monitoring the company's social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users.

- Creating methods for finding and solving online customer reviews.

- Identifying opportunities for partnerships, in terms of social media and required content.

- Managing of various social media platforms and the content for the same.

- Creating and managing promotional collateral for establishing and maintaining branding.

- Competitor and customer insights analysis (basis the strategies implemented)

Skills & Experience :

- Bachelor- s/Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.

- 5+ years- experience in social media management, content marketing, Marketing Communication, Social Media, Copy Writing.

- RMG Sector experience would be a plus.

- Ability to explain complex social media data in an understandable way.

- Strong multi-tasking & problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of influencer marketing and short video/reels content creation.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
