Wisr - Senior Executive - Ad Sales (2-5 yrs)
Role Summary :
- We are looking for Senior Sales Executive of this platform who is well versed in selling platform inventory and digital assets of the proposed B2B platform.
- The core intent is to onboard close to 60 brands over a period of 2 to 3 years. The scope of work will involve, pitching the platform to brands that have schools as a focus touchpoint, using the school inventory on the platform as a media asset and taking that do various media houses to sell and further incorporate into their media plans.
Job Scope :
- Excellent and proven track record in platform and inventory selling and brand and partnership alliance.
- Experience in Enterprise sales, onboarding new brands, 360 degree sales solution management across platforms and sectors.
- Experience in working with clients and creating customized online and offline marketing solutions.
- Identify new business growth opportunities and create solutions to help clients meet their business objectives.
- Engage with brand custodians for digital solutions. Able to leverage digital aspirations across platform portfolio and leading to business growth and market leadership.
- Experience in onboarding brands and clients that have sizeable budget spends on children and students
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communicator who can deliver effective presentations, consult on technology projects and maintain collaborative relationships.
- Strong relationships with Media agencies.
Qualification & Experience :
- The ideal candidate for this role should have 2 to 4 of experience with relevant experience
- Preferably this candidate should be a post-graduate and a management degree will be preferred
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Reporting : Reporting will be to Region Head of Sales
Job Location : Western suburban area, Mumbai, India
Compensations : Fixed salary + variable component
Language Proficiencies : The ideal candidate will be native or fluent speaker of English and Hindi.
