Wishfin - Business Development & Partnership Manager (2-6 yrs)
Wishfin is India's premier fintech company. Being the largest digital marketplace for loans in India, responsible for more than $600 million in annual disbursal, we are always trying to build industry-changing products. Wishfin is developing proprietary risk models for disrupting consumer lending, particularly in unsecured lending space by building a path-breaking credit evaluation platform that would help scale the unsecured lending business for our partner banks faster.
- We are looking at onboarding Business Development & Partnership Manager with the primary responsibility of developing & maintaining relationships/partnerships with marketplaces key accounts at Banks, NBFCs, AMCs level, technology service providers critical to the company in terms of recurring base revenue. The BDM would also be responsible to drive the Product Innovation in terms of providing seamless lending experience, translating the product road map into feasible requirements & business case keeping the customer journey in mind.
Key Responsibilities -
- This role provides allround exposure across business, strategy, sales, processes etc. and works closely with the top management of Wishfin.
- Working with digital content and marketing team in expanding Wishfin platform. This includes working with internal team, managing vendors and doing new partnerships
- Negotiating deals with vendors, clients, banks etc
- Work aggressively on business development for Wishfin, this includes working closely with internal teams as well as external vendors
- Understating the client's pain areas and offer solutions/proposals in sync with the organizational goal
- Ensure speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximize client satisfaction levels
- Working on internal processes and teams, including tech, brand and marketing team on various product and processes streamlining
- Proactively maintain existing relationships and leverage relationships to develop future prospects.
- Work in close co-ordination with internal support function to ensure timely project resolution
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person with vendors and clients
Key Experiences required
- Liaising ability with BFSI vendors and clients
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and nurture client relationships
- Good relationship management with Client at the middle & higher management level
- Good skills in Excel, PPT & Ms. Word
