Wishbook - Telesales/Support Executive/Telecaller (0-5 yrs)
Role:
1. Call up customers to tell them about Wishbook, get feedback & handle queries.
2. Aim is to reach / talk to atleast 150 customers a day, with the KRA of maximizing usage.
3. Handle customer orders & enquiries, and convert them into completed orders.
4. Upload catalogs & other data entry, as & when required.
