Wishbook Infoservices (www.wishbook.io) Pvt Ltd's digitizes the apparel/fashion production & sales information, enabling tools that lead to efficiency for traditional Apparel & Fashion Manufacturers, Distributors & Retailers. Our learnings come from years of technology / product development & running traditional textile manufacturing & e-Commerce companies. Our flagship product is the Wishbook B2B Mobile & Web App, allowing apparel & fashion manufacturers & dealers to share new product releases, orders & track salesmen. The product combines years of experience at IIT, MIT, Google & textile industry.
Roles & Responsibilities
The aim is maximum awareness of Wishbook through a multi-pronged grounded hands on B2B approaching - covering offline stationary, events, ATL, material / stationary & digital medium, and overseeing category expansion. This requires complete immersion is the trade practices, terminology & processes. Specific roles include:
1. Growing the 30 day active user base through a multi-channel offline online activities such as:
1. Create content, stationary & material to create maximum awareness in the market - with support from content & graphic design team members. This involves market trends, opinion leader interviews, and more.
2. Manage complete comprehensive WhatsApp, Facebook, SMS & other social media promotions & messaging to maximize the outreach & usage.
3. Meet key wholesalers & manufacturers with the intent of promoting marketing material amongst them & promoting activities with them in the community.
4. Supporting backoffice telesupport with pitches, materials, FAQs - and driving the full content & collateral.
5. Product & content cataloging on the app / platform, in a very data centred way.
2. Manage the seller base & category expansion - supported by the field BD team & backoffice support team, maintaining seller KRAs. This requires significant seller training, and clear catalog curation as the categories expand.
Required background:
1. 2 - 5 yrs experience in core marketing, including field activities & promotions, especially in the fashion B2B sector. Field level business development / sales experience required.
2. Fashion background in eCommerce or retail merchandising preferred.
3. Strong academic background, with strong analytical skills. Strong self-drive & motivation to give the best output.
Position to be based in Bangalore, with upto 3 months of initial induction & onboarding in Surat. Role begins with focus on Women's ethnicwear category, before expanding demonstrating results in this category & expanding through more categories.
