Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Manage the digital communities of retailers & wholesalers on Wishbook's Application and Website, WhatsApp & Facebook, posting regular & relevant content amongst them
2. Design creatives for Wishbook based on the specific themes, ideas & feedback given.
3. Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, user views and target audience
4. Analyse and report on visitor data and devise new strategies to increase traffic and user engagement on Wishbook's application
5. Write and optimise content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter
6. Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
7. Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
