Sr. Travel Sales Consultant


Our associates are experts in the travel and leisure industry, helping consumers globally take the vacations of their dreams. In this role, you will leverage your love of travel to deliver outstanding sales numbers & ace customer service to our travellers through chat & calls.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Candidates will be responsible for managing customer life-cycle, ongoing support around customer service levels. Some of the very specific parts of the job are mentioned below:

- Talking to customers who avail our premium services

- Help customers with queries ranging from booking flights right to destination specific activities

- Identify and engage urgent leads to convert them

- Work closely with the ticketing team to ensure effective and efficient fulfillment of bookings till the trip is complete

- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

- Excellent communication skills

- Good grasp of English language

- Experience of at least 1 year in travel domain (knowledge of Europe as a destination will be given preference)

- Good understanding of commonly used tools

- Sales driven attitude

- In-depth knowledge of Europe as a travel destination preferred
