Job Description (Territory Sales Managers) - Delhi /NCR, Ludhiana, Banaras, Lucknow, Madurai, Bhopal
No. of Positions - 6
The Sales Representative is the point of contact for the customer (retailers and wholesalers) and handles the enrolling of customers for the products and services on the WE B2B or B2C within the assigned territory.
1. Business & Channel Development :
Pre-Sales /Channel Identification :
- Identifying the list of Agents, wholesalers, Super Stockist, Distributors, large retailers, organized retailers (Multi-Branded Outlets - MBOs) who could be prospective - We- Customers
- Identifying channel partners for Exclusive Brand Outlets - We-
- Managing all Steps of We Sales process - Prospecting, Researching, Connecting, Presenting Addressing Objections, Closing the sale, Delivering, Asking for referrals
- Profiling of customers and initial coverage to ascertain interest and enrolling prospects.
- Continuous benchmarking with competition so that we offer the best process.
Sales /Channel Partner Onboarding :
- Completion and validation in retailers based on market visits within the territory
- Responsible for achieving onboarding targets, adoption targets, sales targets and delivery of high quality
Post Sales /Channel Partner Development & Enhancement :
- Responsible for demonstration and handholding of each customer in the initial stages of the platform adoption to ensure that the discovery and ordering processes are in place
- Customer service to existing and potential customers
- Ensuring that Channel Partner is delivering its full potential and supporting in enhancing its full potential
- Relationship building with channel partners and ensuring their business viability and addressing their other requirements.
- Ensuring the Channel partner is placing its orders continuously
2. Brand Awareness & Channel/Retail Marketing
Retailer Branding :
- Identification of potential partners depending on share of business and selling.
- Proposition to drive preference for associated customers.
Visual Merchandising :
- Ensuring the - We- products getting prominent space in Retailers Multi Branded Showrooms increasing visibility, differentiation and sales.
- Continuous benchmarking with competition on Visual Merchandising
- Giving inputs to marketing team on the newer ways of
3. Sales Operations & Reporting
- Responsible for maintaining accurate forecast for a group of product categories based on market trends
- Assemble weekly reports and analysis of sales pipeline for sales operations management(sales trend tracking-Daily run rate, etc)

- Should have a minimum experience of atleast 1 year Retail sales and distribution
Location - Delhi /NCR

Remuneration /CTC
- Rs 3 lakhs - Rs 8 lakhs
Requirements :
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate technical, financial and value points
- Good in interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Good in email communication and business writing
- Candidates with experience in distributors handling will be preferred
- Experience in Mobile or mobile accessory business is an added advantage
- 70% travelling Job
- Candidates having their own vehicle is a plus
