Wiredsoft - Executive - Inside Sales (0-3 yrs)
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Regular Calling [Cold Calling] the Potential Customers and maintain the daily database.
- Sending the mass mailer/regular mailer to the potential customers.
- Selling software products/services as part of a sales team to the Clients.
- Enabling technical pre-sales team for possible solution.
- Explaining the IT product ( HR OEM solution, HR Cloud Solution, CRM) and services ( ERP( Oracle, AX), Application Development, Java/.Net Based web application and Mobile Application) to the customers.
- Decide whether the software needs adapting to meet the client's needs.
- Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client.
- Providing technical advice to customers on all aspects of Solution.
- Existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades.
- Meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets.
- Should be capable of running the sales organization on the said objectives.
- Attending initial sales meetings with client to understand the requirements.
To be good at IT sales you will need:
- Excellent selling skills.
- A keen interest in IT services/product.
- Good Communication skills.
- Presentation skills.
- The ability to write reports and proposals.
- Negotiating skills.
- The ability to manage your time and plan your day effective.
