Job Overview :


The Key Account Executive - Ecommerce at Wipro Consumer Care is responsible for managing and expanding the company's online presence and sales on major ecommerce platforms. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, optimizing product listings, managing inventory, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG and ecommerce, with excellent analytical and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities :

1. Account Management :

A) Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key ecommerce platforms (e.g., JD.com, Tmall, Amazon).

B) Serve as the main point of contact for all matters related to ecommerce accounts.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth :

A) Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's online presence.

B) Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

3. Campaign Planning & Execution :

A) Plan, execute, and manage marketing and promotional campaigns on ecommerce platforms to drive traffic and increase sales.

B) Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.

4. Inventory & Supply Chain Management :

A) Monitor inventory levels and work with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.

B) Forecast demand and coordinate with ecommerce platforms to manage stock levels.

5. Product Listings & Content Management :

A) Optimize product listings with high-quality images, detailed descriptions, and appropriate keywords to improve visibility and conversion rates.

B) Ensure all content meets platform guidelines and standards.

6. Customer Service & Issue Resolution:

A) Address and resolve any customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively.

b) Work with ecommerce platforms' customer service teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

7. Performance Analysis & Reporting :

A) Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.

B) Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications :

1. Education & Experience :

A) MBA Marketing

B) Proven experience as a Key Account Executive or in a similar role within the FMCG sector.

C) Experience with major ecommerce platforms

2. Skills & Competencies :

A) Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decisions.

B) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

C) Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

D) Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms and tools.

E) Knowledge of the FMCG market and ecommerce trends.
