Wipro Consumer Care - Sales Development Manager (3-4 yrs)
Job Purpose :
- The position, a regional role, is responsible for end-to-end driving of key sales development initiatives in the entire Gujarat for the business.
Responsibility :
Handling all sales development activities for the entire, like :
- Own the Wipro Key outlet program to drive targets across regions
- Own the Wipro Wholesale Loyalty program
- Drive all distribution networking activities
- Drive all technology initiatives in the sales function
- Initiate activities on distributor expansion
- Monitor the productivity norms and design programs to improve them
- New Channel development initiatives
- Design Go-to market strategy for key brands
Skills/Qualifications :
- MBA (2010-13) from a premier institute
- 3 - 4 years of experience in FMCG firms, most of this experience being as an ASM
