Wipro Consumer Care - Assistant Manager - Key Account - Modern Trade (1-3 yrs)
This position will overlook the sales contribution through the Modern Trade channel for the specific key account(s).
Responsibility:
- Handling sales to one or multiple specific MT Key accounts (KA) like Big Bazaar, DMart, ABRL, Spencers, Cash and Carry accounts like Metro Cash & Carry, Walmart etc serviced thru distributors or direct.
- Handling value and volume sales for entire portfolio of Personal Care, Homecare, Food and Lighting products of wipro for the specific KA assigned.
- Item Master creation at MT Key accounts HO, maintenance of Store MBQs. Assist KAM in listing/ delisting of products.
- Assist KAM in deciding promos for the Key Account, tracking their sales.
- Negotiation and generation of PO's from local buying managers thru team or self. Servicing of PO's in coordination with supply chain for Stocks.
- Ensuring 100% fill rates to MT accounts by coordinating with MT area managers.
- Reconciliation of account ledger / local sales promotions budgets with coordination from Accounts and Finance team.
- Assisting Trade Activation for selected MT KA for Merchandising Activities like new launches, Visibility and Promotions conducted at the account level.
- Understanding margins calculation in MT and various heads of margins. Analysis of off take data of selected KA and broadcasting it to all concerned in MT sales team.
- Coordinating with Promoter Supervisors to resolve issues at at the outlet level of selected KA for merchandising and offtakes of products.
- Analysis and studying competitors on timely basis.
Skills/Qualifications:
Education Qualification: Graduate and above; Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Outlook, smartphone usage is a MUST.
- Candidates with FMCG Modern Trade sales exposure at sales executive level for at least 2-3 years.
- Good communication skills .
