Wipro Consumer Care - Area Sales Manager (4-12 yrs)
Responsibility :
Sales volume :
- Achieving Sales Target.
- Plan of BTL budgets, for your area, its effective utilization/implementation to augment sales in your area.
Trade Management :
- Key Account management
- Local level promotions.
Stockiest Management : Distributor- ROI, Retention, billing-efficiency, claim-management, optimizing the stock levels, conducting periodic reviews, Managing RD expenses. (RD- Redistribution).
Field force Management : Managing a team of sales officers, Retention of workforce, ensure induction, appraising, their motivation, coaching and grooming future managers.
Branch management : Administration, Overheads, Inventory management. Handling compliance issues.
MIS :
- Data management. Process Initiatives- ECO & Wisdom software.
- Track of competition - Market intelligence.
- Assessment of media effectiveness: through channel partners and consumer contact.
Skills/ Qualification :
- Candidates with FMCG exposure at a managerial level
Education Qualification: MBA (Tier I Bschools)
Experience: 5 + years of experience in FMCG sales.
