Job Description :

- The SEO Lead is responsible for all organic digital marketing efforts i.e., Search Engine Optimization as well as Lead Nurturing campaigns across marketing channels. Must conduct various testing methods in design, layout and advertising techniques in order to gain organic traffic.

- Must have in-depth knowledge of keyword research, SEO copy writing and the behaviours of search engines. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including SEO audits to identify technical issues, keyword research and mapping, metadata development, on- page and website development revisions based on performance targets and client objectives.

- Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools.

- Create an organic acquisition plan, prioritizing activities according to expected outcomes.

- Assess and strategize for SEO based on monthly searches and user behaviour

- Optimize landing pages for SEO - on-page and site-level activities.

- Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.

- Research and implement content recommendations for Organic search success and improving SERP.

- Develop and implement link-building strategies.

- Develop communication plans for specific audiences with unique messaging

- Build a process for data analysis and continuous process optimization.

- Create and maintain dashboards for regular reporting of SEO and lead nurturing activities, along with metrics.

- Work with technology and content teams to build and scale SEO efforts

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, brand, technology) to plan, and execute successful lead nurturing campaigns across digital platforms.

- Expertise in executing top-notch SEO strategies.

- Lead the overall SEO strategy and implementation for client projects.

- Conduct research, analyse on-site content and complete technical audits.

Requirements/Skills :

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

- Graduate with 1-3 years of SEO experience.

- Excellent understanding of SEO concepts and best practices, and proven experience in execution

- Keyword Research & Analysis.

- Identification and improvement of top keywords ranking.

- Content Research, Analysis, and optimization.

- Drive more incoming website traffic via off-page optimizations.

- Research and utilization of all available tools to improve SEO Performance.

- Creating and executing an off-page optimization strategy.

- Experience in building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPs.

- Hands on experience with Google and Bing's services, including Analytics and Webmaster Tools.

- Ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills.

- A functional understanding of HTML and CSS.

- Focus on a combination of tactics and strategy for SEO/SEM/SMM.

- Working knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics.

- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).

- Understanding and functional experience with search engine optimization practices.

- Ability to establish and meet deadlines, change directions when necessary, and manage multiple projects at once.

- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness.

- Strong relationship management, organizational and project management skills
