Winvest - Customer Support Role (3-5 yrs)
. 3-5 years of experience in providing L1 application Support/Customer support with atleast 2 yrs experience in Spanish or Portuguese Language support (written & spoken)
2. Knowledge of ITSM Production Support processes and Ticketing tools
3. Knowledge of SOP, Run book documents.
4. Strong communication and written skills
5. Knowledge or experience in providing L1 support for mobile applications will be added advantage
6. Knowledge or experience in Media & Entertainment domain will be added advantage
7. Ready to work from Mahape, Navi Mumbai office in 24 X 7 shifts on a rotating basis for large US based Media & Entertainment client.
