Winuall is a technology company that provides high quality, rigorously tested laptops to its customers via B2C and B2B channels. As Executive - Inside Sales, you will be responsible for selling refurbished laptops to B2C customers. Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Calling the leads allocated to you to assess their interest in buying refurbished laptops
- Educating potential clients about your products, features and pricing
- Engaging / Following - up with potential clients to convert them into customers
- Closing the sales as per the process with invoicing and payment collection
- Building strong relationship with clients to generate repeat orders
- Coordinating and conducting external events to drive sales
- Achieving monthly targets with smart strategies and planning
