Winuall - Executive - Customer Success (0-1 yrs)
- you will onboard the clients brought in by business development teams, train them to develop strong ease and comfort with our product, while delivering an uber experience of Winualls product and services - effectively setting up long term collaboration with Winuall as a brand.
Your success in this role lies in fulfilling the following responsibilities consistently & diligently :
- On boarding the client post sales with detailed product training
- Educating clients on a regular basis to develop ease and comfort with the platform
- Providing the application to the clients as per their requirement
- Sharing quality inputs based on client interactions with the technology team to improve user experience
- Resolving client concerns with respect to product use and appearance
- Preparing And maintaining updated reports about client onboarding, training and product usage
