In your role as Executive - Customer Success, you will onboard the clients brought in by business development teams, support them to develop strong ease and comfort with our solutions, provide an user experience in engaging with our products and services by engaging with great care and humility - effectively ensuring that they develop long term collaboration with Winuall as a brand.
Your success in this role lies in fulfilling the following responsibilities consistently & diligently :
- On boarding the client post sales as per the timelines and process
- Educating clients on a regular basis to develop ease and comfort with the platform
- Resolving all the ongoing issues that clients need support for
- Working closely with Technology team to troubleshoot client issues
- Sharing quality inputs based on client interactions with the technology team to improve user experience
- Preparing and maintaining data in a timely manner to ensure all client info is updated and error free

Educational Qualification :
- Any graduate/post graduate
- Experience in SaaS based products is an added advantage
