- In your role as Assistant Manager - Customer Success, you will onboard the client brought in by business development teams, support them to develop strong ease and comfort with our solutions
- Provide an uber experience in engaging with our products and services by engaging with great care and humility - effectively ensuring that they develop long term collaboration with Winuall as a brand.
Your success in this role lies in fulfilling the following responsibilities consistently & diligently :
- On boarding the client post sales
- Educating clients on a regular basis to develop ease and comfort with the platform
- Resolving all the ongoing issues that clients need support for
- Working closely with Technology team to troubleshoot client issues
- Sharing quality inputs based on client interactions with the technology team to improve user experience
