Presently, we are looking for seasoned B2C Sales Managers who can lead the existing team of enthusiastic digital and field sales professionals along with strategizing unique and customized sales plans and get them implemented to generate targeted results. Responsibilities and Duties :
- Telesales
- Experience in B2C sales is must.
- Target the potential customers and plan the necessary pitch for the segmented audience.
- Acquire customer requirements and provide them with bespoke solutions.
- Pitch in new markets and explore new territories to acquire new sales and boost existing numbers.
- Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Strategize new sales plans and get them implemented successfully.
- Respond to incoming emails and phone inquiries and try to convert them in a potential business.
- Act as a contact between company and its existing and latent markets.
- Working with cross functional teams i.e. marketing and product development and make them aware of customers- requirement, future trends, and competitors- offerings.
- Liaise with fulfillment team and delivery partners.
- Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and management.
- Take ownership of the assigned team and the assigned task.
- Conduct weekly team meetings and share best practices with expected KRAs on a regular basis.

Required Experience and Qualifications
- Exceptional ability to manage through ambiguous and subjective situations, including balancing strategic orientation and operational efficiency to ensure budgeted sales.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, confident and determined approach.
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
- A high degree of self-motivation and direct management experience preferred.
- Capability to flourish in a competitive environment.
- Bachelor's Degree, MBA or equivalent experience.
- General Management Skill Set- Strategic mindset, ownership mentality and analytical proficiency. (A good level of numeracy is definitely a plus.)
- Ability to clearly and consistently work side-by-side across functions and departments synthesizing multiple points of view into a coherent action plan.
- Ability to think both creatively and critically. Willing to think outside the box and challenge the status quo, while also fairly evaluating all possible solutions in making strategic decisions.
- Strong analytical skills and high comfort level with CRM.
