Wink & Nod - Associate - Customer Service (1-3 yrs)
Job Summary :
Urgently looking for customer service associates to handle phone and email queries.
Fresh college passouts with exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal) and a flair to work in fast paced culture are also welcome to present their candidature for this position.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Resolving phone, and email customer inquiries and follow the issue till the closure.
- Coordinate between various cross functional teams to ensure timely redressal of customer's issue.
- Identifying customer needs and address it.
- Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.
- Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.
- Providing outstanding customer service to create a customer delight.
- Updating customer information as required.
Required Experience and Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with both internal and external customers.
- Excellent documentation skills and ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response.
- Good comprehension skills : Demonstrates the ability to clearly understand and state the issues that customers present.
- Familiarity with internet, MS Excel, and latest reporting tools is must.
- Excellent customer service skills which involves maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs.
- Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base.
- Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays and events.
