Winjit Technologies - Senior Manager - Business Development (7-12 yrs)
Functional responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute entire sales cycles for BFSI clients (Conceptualization of solution, Stakeholder negotiations & Deal Closures)
- Planning and coordinating with marketing team for new campaigning initiatives.
- Representing the firm in various networking events.
- Seeking and participating in RFPs for medium to large scale financial institutions.
- Staying attuned with local & international industry trends.
- Weekly reporting to management.
Desired Traits:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in BFSI sales for Indian region
- Service Sales preferred over product selling. Handled greenfield clients from an Account Management standpoint.
- Should have had previous experience in conceptualizing solutions for clients based on their bespoke requirements
- Should have engineering background (Comps/ IT engg. preferred)
- Avid reader preferred
