Location : Mumbai
The role of the Business development manager will primarily focus on adding new business to Winjit's existing customer profile especially in the BFSI space by leveraging his/her professional network and connect. You will be expected to guide the existing team with thought leadership and an execution plan to drive business results. The role will be an inclusive part for driving Winjit revenue strategy in India and Mauritius.
Who you are :
- You are a seasoned business development professional(with more than 6 years of experience) who has preferably held strategic responsibilities to drive high ticket size sales for your organisation.
- You are well networked in the BFSI ecosystem in India.
- You understand the dynamics of the Banking and financial services sector and their products and services
- You are a hunter than a farmer who likes aggressive sales closures.
What you will do :
- Drive revenue targets through aggressive networking and representation at forums and events.
- Continuously seek potential leads with substantial ticket sizes and longevity.
- Communicate the value proposition of Winjit's FinTech solutions to C-Level executives.
- Drive sales of Winjit's IT Solutions & services specifically in the BFSI sector.
- Seek out and close new opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline and achieve company sales targets.
- Develop relationships with C-level executives and other key decision makers
