Winjit - Manager - Business Development (4-12 yrs)

The role of the Senior Business development manager will primarily focus on adding new business to Winjit's existing customer profile especially in the BFSI space by leveraging his/her professional network and connect.

You will be expected to guide the existing team with thought leadership and an execution plan to drive business results.

The role will be an inclusive part for driving Winjit revenue strategy in India and Mauritius.

Who you are :

- You are a seasoned business development professional(with more than 8 years of experience) who has preferably held strategic responsibilities to drive high ticket size sales for your organisation.

- You are well networked in the BFSI ecosystem in India.

- You seek growth in a fast paced environment.

- You understand the dynamics of the Banking and financial services sector and their products and services.

- You are a hunter than a farmer who likes aggressive sales closures.

- You are a consultant to clients. You have the ability to understand their business challenges/aspirations and align them to Winjit's portfolio of products and services.

What you will do :

- Drive revenue targets through aggressive networking and representation at forums and events.

- Continuously seek potential leads with substantial ticket sizes and longevity.

- Design and mentor in execution of the go to market strategy for Winjit's solutions in the AI,ML and blockchain space.

- Communicate the value proposition of Winjit's FinTech solutions to C-Level executives.

- Drive sales of Winjit's products and services specifically in the BFSI sector.

- Seek out and close new opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline and achieve company sales targets.

- Develop relationships with C-level executives and other key decision makers

- Lead RFI/RFP responses from both a proposal and sales presentation standpoint.

- Provide regular reports on sales activities, results and forecast to the Board.
