Work experience (2+ years)

- Have Excellent Communication skills with a strong command over business English

- Commercial acumen & flair for sales.

- Confidence to work with decision makers.

- Strategic thinking & research abilities.

- Developing and managing own portfolio of clients

- This is an inside sales job, you should be comfortable with cold calling.

- Be Self-motivated, career driven and motivated by a performance-based KPI.

Responsibilities:

- Market research, Lead generation and data capture

- Cold Calling and Prospecting over the phone - You must be comfortable making calls to senior decision makers across industries to be successful in this role.

- Target driven B2B Quality Lead Generation through Cold Calling, E-mails and various lead generation tools.

- Good Knowledge of lead generation via LinkedIn and other social media is a must.

- Works under minimal supervision.

- Be able to understand various software practices, functions and identify their business needs & challenge by presenting WINIT product's its functions & features to the customer

- Excellent organizational skills: ability to multitask is essential.
