Experience: 2-3 years

Qualification: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Undertake cold calling, Schedule and attend client meetings, ensuring that the number of meetings meets targets as set by management
- Ensuring 100% familiarity with the Wing's Credentials
- Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; and handover to the account management team.
