Wingpoint Group - Content Management Role - eCommerce Vertical (1-3 yrs)
Our Client WingPoint Group is a premier manufacturer's representative agency based in Seattle, with an exclusive focus on ecommerce. Our team consists of former Google, Amazon, BestBuy, & Walmart team members with over 25 years of retail sales, digital marketing, and product management experience in the US and a fully dedicated backend team located in New Delhi India.
- Our client's level of expertise in growing sales on Amazon, and their ability to navigate Amazon with key relationships are the reasons several leading brands are associated with our client. Our mission is simple: maximize your sales and deliver strategies that help you increase your brand awareness on Amazon, the largest product research site in the world.
- We are looking to grow our team in India with those that are passionate about working and learning in eCommerce, while having fun. We are looking for team players that will help serve all our client needs.
Job Responsibilities :
- To check the quality of the produced content to ensure error-free publishing on e-commerce platforms and its continual maintenance
- To continually review the published content and identifying inconsistencies for website errors, missing information and metadata, incorrect content uploaded
- To conduct extensive research for populating information missing on e-commerce portals spotted during quality checks
- To work in coordination with e-commerce helpdesk executives, raise support tickets, and work towards successful resolution of errors
- To work in collaboration with cross-functional teams ensuring timely deliveries and content published on various platforms
- To consistently suggest changes or develop and create high-quality content, including product headings, listings, and descriptions for e-commerce sites such as Amazon, eBay, and others
Desired Skills :
- Strong editorial background and proofreading skills
- Ability to fact-check, and find grammatical errors and punctuation in existing content
- Excellent understanding of grammar and a keen eye for spotting typographical errors is essential to this role
- Ability to research, edit and tweak technical or non-technical content independently in American English
- Ability to weave a story about any topic. Having a natural flair for writing is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure and within tight deadlines, and deliver high volumes of work while achieving quality standards
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)
- Familiarity with keywords and their usage in online content is a plus
- Experience working with MS Office
- Familiarity with Google Docs & Spreadsheet
- An eye for detail
