Job Description :
- The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Main Duties/Responsibilities :
- Prospecting & sales in new business areas especially Robotics where Windsor is appointed as channel partner for Adverb Technologies.
- Helping in achieving sales plans and objectives on a monthly / quarterly / yearly basis through effective planning.
- Expanding the Prospects database by way of working on generating new leads based on the criteria set by the company.
- Meet with customers to discuss their needs and to maintain relationships with them.
- Other duties assigned as per business needs.
Requirements :
- Strong interpersonal & teamwork skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills
- Solid analytical and research skills
- Fluency in English is must
- Flexibility to travel and adaptable to change.
- Open to relocation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in plant/warehouse/logistics automation would be an added advantage.
- Experience in working of new projects from starting till the end would be an added advantage.
- Year of experience 3-5 years of relevant experience
